Put in at Orleans Trail around 11:30am. Stayed in the darn area to the mile long bridge…water was mostly 45.  Caught one on a-rig and another 4 or 5 on megabass jerkbait.

Picked the wife and kids up around 3 to go look at a couple bald eagles that were hanging out at the mouth of orleans trail cove.  Pretty slow day for me fishing wise but was nice to get the first fish of the year out of the way!  Heading back up the river tomorrow morning for a couple hours before heading home…been a better bite for me up there.

Here are a few pics from the day….tried to get a pic of the family with 2 big eagles sitting in the tree behind us.
