Water levels are running at 443 cfs and water clarity is clear. The cool weather has been really good for the fishing over the last week. Bug hatches have been heavy and the trout have really been biting well. My snail fly and mayfly emergers have been the flies for the last week. It would be nice to have some dry fly action but mainly when hatches are coming off the water, emergers work the best. A weighted fly with a high stick, swinging presentation is the ticket. We are starting to catch brown trout once again with this cooler weather also. Dark color trout magnets and roostertails are doing well for spin fisher’s.
